Kevin Galligan is a Tax Partner in the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment practice.
He has more than 12 years of experience advising multinational companies on the design and implementation of innovative international and domestic tax structures.
His experience spans intellectual property, international expansion, financing and treasury matters, as well as international structuring, business model transformation and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on companies in the technology, media and telecommunications sector.
He also spent two years on secondment with PwC San Francisco, working in the US tax practice.
Kevin is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
