Kim McClenaghan is a partner in the firm's Consulting practice where he leads the Energy, Utilities & Sustainability Advisory team. Kim is a chartered engineer with more than 15 years’ experience working with the energy and utility sector in Ireland. His work includes helping clients with business strategy and complex business transformation. Programmes delivered have included the management of business impacts associated with regulatory and technology driven change, with a particular focus on operational processes, systems and organisational design. Kim is a board member, and former president, of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors in Ireland.
