Mairead is a tax partner in our mid-west practice. She has over 20 years of experience identifying tax solutions for a broad range of clients in the Limerick and Galway regions.
Mairead works with clients across the State and multinational, indigineous, and entrepreneurial sectors. She advises on compliance, structuring and tax-efficient succession planning. She has a special interest in knowledge based tax incentives including the R&D tax credit, knowledge development box and IP allowances. She has advised extensively on tax efficient remuneration of key employees, including share awards. She has significant experience in successfully dealing with Revenue interventions.
Mairead is a regular speaker at industry events and contributor to tax thought leadership. She is both a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute.
