Mark McEnroe is Head of Deals Advisory and a Partner in PwC Ireland. He advises Irish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financing, and broader corporate finance matters. He works with privately owned businesses, family-owned enterprises, management teams, corporates and private equity investors on complex strategic and transactional decisions.
Mark brings significant international experience, having spent seven years in New York with PwC’s US Deals practice, where he advised on internationally focused transactions. His sector experience includes industrial products, retail and consumer, healthcare, technology and financial services. He is known for a pragmatic, value-focused approach that combines commercial judgement with rigorous deal execution.
