Mary Ruane

Mary is an Audit Partner and leads the firm’s Asset & Wealth Management team. Mary has a vast knowledge of the asset management industry having worked on both domestic and offshore funds which utilise Irish GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP.
Mary has worked with an extensive range of clients in Ireland promoted by European and US investment managers for the last 14 years. She has experience with many types of strategies including exchange traded funds, hedge funds, private equity, loan funds etc. She also deals with alternative investment funds and UCITS products allowing her to understand the challenges faced by both alternative and mutual fund managers.
Mary has worked in the area of non-bank finance specifically focusing on loan funds and the newly available loan origination product in Ireland. She also has a keen interest in the market for Irish funds on the west coast of the United States. She is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
