Michael is a Partner in the advisory practice and specialises in the delivery of strategic change engagements across the Irish public, commercial state and private sectors. He has a proven track record in successfully delivering complex, large scale transformation projects for his clients.
Most of his work in recent years has been in the public sector, where he has worked across most government departments, the country’s leading higher education institutions, major tertiary teaching hospitals, commercial state organisations and other public bodies. He has led a number of high profile, large scale and nationally important engagements, where he has interacted with the highest levels of government and the public service, including the presentation of findings to cabinet committees chaired by the Taoiseach and Minister of finance.
He started his career as a civil servant where he worked in the Department of Transport, Energy and Communications on strategic development, HRM and industrial relations and on the development of key aspects of the civil service modernisation programme.
