Ronan is a partner in PwC Ireland’s Trust, Risk and Resilience group, where he leads our Risk Modelling Services practice.
A professional actuary with over 25 years’ experience in insurance markets in Ireland and internationally, his career has spanned both industry and consulting. He advises clients on risk management and measurement, financial and regulatory reporting, climate modelling, corporate risk modelling and optimising insurance spend and structures.
He acts as Head of Actuarial Function (PCF-48) and Reviewing Actuary for major insurance companies in Ireland and has worked with many insurers to help design and implement large scale transformation programs to finance and actuarial reporting processes, including for Solvency II and IFRS 17.
An active member of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland, Ronan has served on its Council and chaired its General Insurance Committee, reflecting his commitment to advancing the actuarial profession in Ireland.
