He works with domestic and international organisations, spanning PLCs, private companies and private equity, to deliver financial due diligence, vendor due diligence and broader deal strategy.
Ronan focuses on ensuring each transaction contributes to long‑term, sustainable value.
As PwC’s Digital Leader and a member of the firm’s leadership team, he also drives the upskilling of people in key digital skills, encourages the adoption of new technologies and supports teams in remaining agile in a rapidly evolving market.
