Ruth McNamee

Ruth McNamee is a Finance Transformation Partner in PwC’s consulting practice in Dublin. She helps organisations transform their finance functions, bridging the gap between strategy and implementation.

Her experience spans finance strategy, operating model design, ERP-enabled transformation, global business services, managed services, AI, and post-deal finance integration. She works with organisations to design and deliver finance functions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.

A Chartered Accountant, Ruth has led major transformation programmes across the retail and consumer, energy and utilities, financial services, and pharma and life sciences industries. Her experience includes designing and implementing finance operating models for global organisations, establishing shared services and managed service arrangements across multiple geographies, and delivering transformations enabled by SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Dynamics.
