Our Q3 2023 Banking Prudential Regulatory Bulletin covers the most significant regulatory developments in the Quarter 3, 2023, including the EBA which published its second mandatory Basel III monitoring reports, which assessed the impact of Basel III implementation on EU banks in 2028. The EBA also published its quarterly risk dashboard which highlights the results of the latest risk assessment questionnaire. And lastly the ESA published an annual report on the extent of voluntary disclosure of principal adverse impact under article 18 the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
