Michael Murphy and Patrick Horgan are named the PwC GAA / GPA Players of the Month for July.
The PwC GAA / GPA Player of the Month Award winners were announced at PwC's offices in Dublin today. Donegal's Michael Murphy and Cork's Patrick Horgan were awarded in football and hurling respectively for their championship performances in July.

Uachtarán Cumann Lúthchleas Gael John Horan and GPA Chief Executive Paul Flynn joined Ronan Finn, PwC Partner, in making today's presentation.
Michael Murphy was a vital driving force behind Donegal's 'Super 8' campaign with a dominant display against Meath and an inspirational contribution in Donegal's draw against Kerry where he scored a last-minute free to add to his overall total of 1-07.
Meanwhile, Patrick Horgan has picked up a second PwC GAA / GPA award of the season after his free-scoring form has seen him pick up the hurling award with an emphatic 3-10 with 2-02 from play in Cork's All Ireland Quarter final against Kilkenny.
Commenting on the announcement, Ronan Finn said "I’d like to congratulate both Michael and Patrick on their respective performances in the All Ireland championship. Both players are worthy winners of July's PwC GAA / GPA Player of the Month Awards, having contributed massively to a fascinating month of championship action."
