PwC Ireland is delighted to announce the admission of six new Partners: Aisling Curtis (Advisory), Melissa Fenlon (Tax), Kevin Galligan (Tax), Ruth McNamee (Advisory), David Ridgeway (Advisory) and David Strachan (Assurance).
Together, PwC’s new Partners will unlock new sources of growth, build trust in a changing world and shape the next era of progress.

Aisling Curtis becomes Markets Partner for Strategic Alliances within PwC’s Advisory practice. She has extensive experience in technology enabled transformation, having worked approximately 25 years in the technology and telecommunication sectors.
Aisling holds a Masters in Business Economics from UCC alongside completing various professional studies including in AI and Sustainability leadership in Cambridge University. She holds various Board seats, is a dedicated member of the 30% Club and was previously an advisor on the IMI Council.
Melissa Fenlon becomes a Tax Partner in the firm’s Domestic and International Outbound practice, with responsibility for tax services in the South-East region, including PwC’s offices in Wexford, Kilkenny and Waterford. With over 16 years experience, Melissa advises indigenous Irish businesses and multinationals on a wide range of tax matters. She specialises in supporting private businesses on strategic transactions, including sales and acquisitions, as well as estate and succession planning, group restructuring and rationalisation, and Revenue audit engagements.
Melissa is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
Kevin Galligan becomes a Tax Partner in the firm’s Foreign Direct Investment practice. Kevin brings over 12 years experience advising multinational companies on the design and implementation of international and domestic tax structures. Kevin has extensive experience across Intellectual Property, international expansion, financing and treasury matters. Specifically, Kevin advises clients on international structuring, business model transformation and mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on companies operating in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
Kevin also has significant international tax experience, having spent two years on secondment with PwC San Francisco. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute.
Ruth McNamee becomes a Partner in PwC’s Finance Transformation Advisory practice. Ruth specialises in large-scale, technology-enabled finance transformation. She brings deep expertise in Finance Operating Models, Enterprise Resource Planning implementation, Global Business Services, Finance Managed Services and the application of AI in finance. Ruth has led complex transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation including in Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Ruth is an Associate of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
David Ridgeway becomes a Partner in the PwC’s Deals Advisory practice. He has nearly 20 years experience advising domestic and multinational clients on their acquisition and disposal activities, including due diligence, deal strategy and sale and purchase agreement negotiations. David works with clients across a range of industries including technology, healthcare and pharma, energy, consumer products and construction and materials.
David is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
David Strachan becomes an Assurance Partner and is based in Northern Ireland. David has over 16 years experience providing assurance services to a diverse range of domestic and multinational businesses, across both the private business (from family owned through to private equity backed) and listed markets. From his time working with PwC in the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland he has serviced a wide range of industries including hospitality, healthcare, food & drinks, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and shipping and logistics.
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds reciprocal membership with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
