We offer a range of graduate programmes to help you achieve your potential and develop an inspiring career. As part of our growing global community of solvers, you will be empowered to work in a way that works for you, challenge the status quo, learn from the experts in your field and solve some of society's most important problems. It's what we call The New Equation.
As a graduate in PwC, you take control of your development from day one. If you want to upskill in a particular area, you have the freedom—and our full support—to make that happen. Our graduate programme combines formal training and mentoring with practical on-the-job experience and as you develop, reward comes in the form of grade and salary progression. Your total compensation package includes pay, exam fees and exam support, recognition and other great perks. And our approach works—PwC graduates took first and second places in Chartered Accountants Ireland’s FAE exams in 2021 and first, second and third place in the Irish Tax Institute’s tax exams in 2022.
