Marie Coady is a tax partner in the firm's asset management practice. Marie assists international investment banks and asset managers structure and manage global asset management businesses and structure financial products.

In particular, Marie advises on a wide range of cross-border tax matters relevant to structuring mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds in addition to advising on global investor taxation implications of investing in Irish domiciled products. Marie focuses on asset management foreign direct investment opportunities for Ireland from a European, Swiss and Asian perspective.

Fiona Gaskin is a partner in the firm's risk assurance practice. She has nearly 20 years of experience in Ireland and Bermuda working with clients to provide transparent reporting to relevant stakeholders on a variety of topics.

Fiona's particular areas of expertise include risk management, internal controls and non-financial reporting. Fiona leads PwC's services on independent control reports. She is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor as well as a Certified Internal Auditor.

Dervla McCormack is a partner in the advisory practice and specialises in business strategy.

Dervla is an economist and has project managed large implementation and change management projects. Dervla has significant experience in preparing and reviewing business plans; undertaking sectoral studies; feasibility studies; socio-economic studies; market analysis assignments; organisational reviews; market entry strategies; and operational reviews.

Dervla is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Patricia Johnston is an audit partner in our asset management practice. Patricia has fourteen years of experience in the asset management industry, five of which were spent working in PwC Bermuda, PwC New York and PwC London.

She has provided audit and advisory services to a large cross section of asset management clients including asset managers, administrators and mutual and hedge fund clients. She has also advised both corporate and fund clients on a range of audit, accounting and consulting engagements. Patricia is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. She obtained her Chartered Financial Analyst qualification in 2004.
