PwC Ireland has published its 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report, a mandatory requirement for organisations with 50 or more employees for the first time this year.

Our mean pay gap remains low at 1.6%, representing pay parity and strong representation of women and men across all levels of the firm and throughout all pay quartiles.

Our bonus pay gap has improved from 3.3% to -0.4% this year.

We continue to drive progress on our inclusion journey, but we know there’s more to do. We remain focused on delivering against our ‘Inclusion First’ strategy and taking action to ensure our culture creates a sense of belonging for everyone.

Our report outlines the steps we have taken in 2025 and will continue to progress to ensure we deliver on our gender equality and broader inclusion ambitions.
