Munro leads PwC Ireland's retirement and pensions consulting business. He advises companies, trustees and regulators across the Irish market on pension strategy.

His work includes scheme funding negotiations, benefit design, pensions as part of transactions and insurance for pension liabilities. He also advises employers on providing security in their pension scheme using corporate assets in capital efficient ways.

Munro supports companies and trustees as they navigate the changing Irish pension regulatory regime. This includes the implications of the transposition of IORP II in Ireland, and the forthcoming introduction of pension auto-enrolment.

Munro is a member of Pensions Council which advises the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection on matters relating to policy on pensions and represents and protects the consumer interest. He is a leading commentator on the subject of pension plan regulation and design.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland and joined PwC in 2005.

Ross advises a wide range of multinational and domestic organisations on their employee benefits strategy. He has a focus on those in the financial services, pharmaceutical, FMCG, agribusiness, construction and health industries.

He sits on the Council of the Irish Association of Pension Funds and is a member of their Benefits Committee, helping Trustees and employers navigate the evolving Irish pension landscape.

Ross is a qualified pensions actuary with an Executive Masters in Business Administration. He joined PwC Ireland as a Director in 2020 having spent 18 years working across a number of life and pensions organisations in the UK and Ireland. This included time with Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Zurich and elipsLife.

Anna provides support to the Assurance practice in relation to any pensions technical issues. She provides pensions and actuarial advice to a wide range of corporates and trustees. Her expertise centres on delivering funding, investment and accounting advice to her clients. She also has extensive experience in liability management, the valuation of pension schemes, due diligence and financial reporting.

Anna is also part of the PwC global network of retirement and pension specialists, identifying best practices and emerging global trends.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Anna is a director in the PwC pensions group and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.

She is a member of the pensions committee of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland.

Niall specialises in the area of personal financial planning and has worked as a Qualified Financial Adviser for over 15 years.

Niall provides support to individuals, business owners, and executives, in both planning and managing their personal financial affairs. This support encompasses investments, pension planning, tax and estate planning, and protecting family members through the various life stages.

Niall is a Senior Manager and joined PwC in 2011. He holds the internationally recognised Certified Financial Planner designation, awarded by the Financial Planning Standards Board Ireland Limited.

Olivia is an expert in defined contribution pension strategy, communications and governance. She leads the management of a variety of pension projects. This involves designing support materials for scheme members, managing stakeholders such as trustees, unions and third party providers and delivering communication plans. Her extensive knowledge of strategy and governance, delivers a best-in-class experience for pension scheme members.

Olivia is a senior manager in the Pensions group. She has over 20 years of experience in pension consulting and administration, having worked with pension and financial services firms before joining PwC.
