Welcome to the Q2 2024 edition of PwC’s Insurance bulletin. This provides an update on the main regulatory developments for the insurance industry at both a domestic and European level between April and June 2024.
At a European level, EIOPA published its May 2024 Insurance Risk Dashboard, its June 2024 Financial Stability Report and also provided further updates in relation to DORA.
Locally, key updates include the CBI’s review on pricing and claims practices adopted by domestic motor insurance providers and the CBI’s announcement to establish an Innovation Sandbox Programme.
